V-Day Can
Another V-day Project
Brought to you by The Farmerette.
I find it best to freeze water in the cans, then grab your hammer and nail and take and lightly pound in your design! Great with a battery operated light for weddings too!

M.A.N. Hands Man Tested. Man Approved.
Friday, January 25, 2013
Oh My! Valentines Day is coming fast and if you have a MAN in your life, you best be getting you some M.A.N. HANDS...yes, MAN stands for Made All Natural and it gets rough, chapped, Gritty, Sandpaper, nail pounding, tile laying, paper pushing hand back to the way they should be...not saying this will take the grease out from under his nails, but you know what I mean:)
M.A.N. Hands is the Farmerette's formulation for frugal Guys who don't want that girly smelling, watery, petroleum based "lotions" on their hands.
NO WAY!
Made all Natural from what else? SoyBean Oil...Now what MAN could pass that up. They grow in Dirt right?
So order yours today and I will throw in some Massage Oil, while supplies last...meaning I better get to making some more!
Order on www.etsy.com/thefarmerette today

As I was in Fort Launderdale this past week for meetings, I noticed all the 50 million dollar homes of Actors such as Tom Cruise, Nicholas Cage, Models such as Cindy Crawford, TV stars, Oprah's large Yaught (see i can't even spell it), Foreclosure Laywers, Skate board starters, Motel 6 hotel owners............
And I noticed and thought to myself..These people all do a SERVICE or things really we don't NEED, and these people are living the high life....
NEEDS: what are they really? Then we have the hard working people who produce your eggs, feed the cattle, hogs, chickens to make your $100 filets of steak at fancy restuarants....and yet not one of these people, have a home like this?
Do you realize that off of 5000 acres of ground, we could feed a country? Off of 5000 acres of ground, you could flip and have that exact 50 million dollar home on the ocean like these people...yet, we don't. The 5000 acres that we farm is worth 50,000,0000 PLUS dollars in todays market. WE keep PRODUCING off of it, feeding people.... verses waste it on a home that sits there empty, with house cleaners and yaght cleaners, draining money.
We are not just dust kicking "Farmers". We are extremely smart business men and women. We, the Farmers of this country, Feed the US and other countries, by sending our grain over on barges across the ocean to feed other nations. Just saying. Think about it the next time you eat those french fries at McDonalds, those potatoes come from Farmers in MN, Idaho and farmers I work with.
One small thought for the day. Please don't underestimate your $1.59 eggs at the market. Someday, this world may realize just how important farmers are in their life. Sadly, I don't think it will be in my generation.
